Mandurah is a short 45 minute drive from Perth, located in the Peel Region and is the gateway to the South West region of Western Australia. The name is derived from an Aboriginal word “mandjar”, meaning “meeting place”.

Seashells Resort Mandurah offers a choice of 4.5 star 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully self-contained apartments and luxury beach villas. Most feature panoramic views of the Indian Ocean or Mandurah Ocean Marina.
The Resort is architecturally designed, with the inspiration being drawn from its nautical surrounds. The north-facing aspect of the Resort allows it to draw warmth from the winter sun. The beach adjoining the Resort is sheltered from the prevailing winds in the area.
The furnishings are modern with touches of luxury, such as granite and marble, warm woods and thick wool carpets.
All apartments feature a fully appointed kitchen and laundry, spacious lounge and dining areas, bath spas, television, Foxtel and in-house movies, internet access, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and a weekly housekeeping service.

Seashells Resort Mandurah has been designed to take advantage of its stunning beachfront location.
An outdoor swimming pool with an infinity edge stretches across the beachfront, complemented by a separate spa. An adjoining poolside terrace with outdoor BBQ and grill overlooks the ocean. The area is perfect for reclining in one of the comfortable sun lounges, or for having a BBQ meal whilst enjoying the ocean views and sunsets.
Meeting and conference facilities are available for up to 120 delegates.
A tennis court, tour desk at reception and free undercover secure parking are also provided.
In the future, a restaurant, day spa, gymnasium and retail shops will complete the resort.
