Our beautifully appointed, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with kitchen and laundry, are complemented by our on site facilities including swimming pool, use of nearby tennis court, barbeque/entertaining area and Cabana.
Less than one hour's drive from Perth City on the new Perth / Bunbury Highway, fifteen minutes from Mandurah with its award-winning marina and abundance of restaurants, shops and boutiques and only minutes to Pinjarra Golf Club, Peel Zoo, Raven Wines, Sandy Cove, Ferry Cruises and many other attractions.
The area offers a lovely rural atmosphere with Pinjarra, Dwellingup and Waroona on our doorstep.

Holidays, weekends, conferences, weddings
In the immediate area we have the Clansman Restaurant, Sandy Cove Tavern and Deli, Ravenswood Hotel, Redcliffe Barn, Raven Wines and more, providing lunch, dinner, wedding receptions and conferences.
Boat launching facilities are available at Sandy Cove and other spots. All giving access to the beautiful Peel Inlet and Harvey Estuary and beyond.
Whatever your holiday preference, it is all here for you . . . beautiful beaches, fishing, crabbing, golfing, wineries, restaurants, bush walking, or just relaxing.
Accommodation
We have 32 beautifully appointed fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroomed apartments, with gourmet kitchen and full laundry. Reverse cycle airconditioning with consoles in each room guarantee comfortable and even temperatures of your choice. Living area has a LCD TV and DVD player. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. All linen and towels included. Private furnished deck.
Apartments are complemented by onsite heated swimming pool, barbeque area, cabana, mini gym and a beautiful ornamental lake stocked with koi fish and teaming with birdlife. We are a short stroll away from the Clansman Jetty and beach on the Murray River.
Free onsite covered car parking for 1 vehichle per apartment. Secure boat storage yard.

FROM PERTH:
Situated between the Darling Scarp and the sea, about 40 min drive south from Perth on the new Kwinana/Forrest Freeway, take Pinjarra Road Off Ramp and continue left on Pinjarra Road for about 2.5km. Turn right onto South Yunderup Road - 1.6 km, right onto Murray River Drive - 0.6 km, right onto Tatham Rd and we are on the corner of Lakes Crescent/Tatham Rd.
FROM MANDURAH:
We are situated 10km, east of Mandurah off the Pinjarra Road. Take the South Yunderup turn-off, turn right into Murray River Drive, right into Tatham Road, we are on the corner of Lakes Crescent/Tatham Road.
Fifteen minutes from beautiful Mandurah with its award-winning marina and abundance of restaurants, shops and boutiques, and only five minutes from Pinjarra, gateway to the captivating Peel Region.
There are no less than 3 golf courses and 4 wineries starting 5 minutes away by car.
Equally there are restaurants, tennis facilities, bowling clubs, equestrian parks, a zoo, a recreation centre, movie theatres, river cruises, fishing and crabbing opportunities and much more, all close by.
